Our Commitment & Shared Understanding
Reasonable IT Service (RITS) is committed to providing professional, diligent services as outlined in our agreement. However, due to the complex and interconnected nature of modern technology, we operate on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis as it relates to system outcomes and uptime.
No Implied Warranties:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RITS disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in our agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Inherent Risks:
Technology systems carry inherent risks. RITS does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, as outcomes depend on factors outside our sole control, including third-party software/hardware, internet providers, cyber threats, or client-initiated changes.
Focused Liability:
Our agreement is based on a mutual understanding of risk. RITS’s total liability for any claim related to our services will be limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event. This allows us to provide proactive services at a sustainable rate while maintaining robust insurance for your protection.
